Booking Policy:

When you book with MakeupBySierra you agree to pay the non refundable deposit to hold your appointment. The deposit ensures your time slot and prevents cancellation from both parties.

If you choose to pay your appointment in full it will act as a deposit and is also non refundable. However, you  may use it for a future appointment as long as i'm available and it is within 4 weeks of original booking. After this time frame the deposit is forfeited and you would need to book a new appointment.

Late Fees:

There is a late fee policy that is strictly enforced.(No exceptions) Client will be charged a $10 late fee after 10 mins. An additional $5 will be applied per every 5 min you are late. After 20 min, the artist has the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

Same day cancellations or no call/no show may result in a cancellation fee of $25 or MakeupBySierra has the right to refuse future bookings with client.

**MakeupBySierra is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused to the client. It is the client's responsibility to inform the artist of any skin conditions or allergies etc. All brushes and products are thoroughly sanitized between each use. **

**MakeupBySierra is not responsible for any allergic reactions due to mink lash extensions. Mink lash appointments are non refundable.  Free repairs up to 48 hours on a case by case basis. MakeupBySierra is not liable for any damage occurred to natural lashes due to self removal. Please go to a professional to get them properly removed.**

**MakeupBySierra is not responsible for any allergic reaction due to microshading service or client not following proper aftercare.

​

Client is responsible for covering any parking/toll fees etc. for travel appointments.
